New Yarn! and current projects...

I went to Hank's today for a class. There are monthly afghan square classes and I jumped in, so what if its the 7th month of 12!

I could not leave without purchasing some sexy new sock yarn. This is "Apple Harvest" all balled up and ready to become some sexy new socks. I am going to try and teach myself the magic loop method... only because Hank's was out of size one DPNs... a twist of fate. I wanted to learn anyway, no time like NOW.
Another shot, since it really is that sexy of a sock yarn.
Here is my July afghan square which I frogged in a mean way. I will be re-booting this one tonight! The cables were really messed up!!!

And another project... the re-usable Swiffer cloths using the Zoom pattern, which I chose after reading the Swiffer Showdown, I highly recommend reading it!

I have just begun to knit and right now I am in the home stretch of finishing my first knit sock ever! I have made 2 pairs of crochet socks and man, the knit ones are way harder. I do have to admit that this has now officially become an addiction. I have sent off for the book on the Magic Loop as well as other sock pattern books, needles and yarn. Addictions even good ones are darn expensive :0)

Knit socks ar enot easy, but I love making them 100 times more than I expected too!
